摘要
ANS-OB是一种新的钢水炉外处理技术.在该工艺中,下罩前底吹排渣面积的大小直接影响着钢液处理的可靠性.本文采用水模的方法对110tANS—OB银包底吹Ar排渣能力进行了研究.结果表明,不同透气砖因底吹产生不同气液两相流结构,从而使其排渣能力有所不同.排渣效果受底吹流量和渣层厚度影响很大.对于110t钢包应将熔渣厚度控制在50mm以内,底吹流量上限为35Nm3/h即可满足ANS-OB对排渣效果的要求.
The ANS-OB process is a new technique for treating liquid steel in ladles.The area of slag pushing with bottom blowing Ar before lowering the sinking slag baffie has great illfluence on the efficiency of liquid steel treatmeat in the process. The ability of slag pushing by bottom blowing Ar in a 110 t ANS-OB ladle was studied with a hydraulic model in this work. The results show that the ability of slag pushing varies with the types of bottom bfowing bricks because of differellt structure of two phase plume of gas and liquid flow . The effect of slag pushing is greatly influenced by the bottom blowing flow rates and slag height.The requiremellt of slag pushing in a 110 t ANS-OB ladle can be met under the conditions of the slag height below 50 mm and the bottom blowing fiow rate below 35 Nm3/h.
