摘要
在 CAS- OB工艺中,下罩前底吹排渣面积的大小直接影响钢液处理的可靠性。本文采用水力学模型对 300 t钢包底吹排渣能力进行了研究,实验结果表明,排渣效果受底吹流量和渣层厚度影响很大,并得出了排渣直径与底吹流量、渣层厚度的关系式。
In CAS- OB process, the area of eliminating slag before lowering snorkel affects the reliability of the management of the steel directly. The ability of eliminating slag by bottom stirring in 300 t CAS- OB ladle was studied by hydraulic model. The results show that the flow rate of bottom stirring and the thickness of slag are the main influence on eliminating slag. The relation among the diameter of the eliminating slag, the flow rate of bottom stirring and the thickness of slag is gotten.
