摘要
采用水力学模型实验法对110tANS-OB钢包中底吹位置对烙池混合效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在浸罩条件下,偏心底吹优于中心底吹;中小流量下,底吹位置对熔池混合效果影响较大,而在大流量下,底吹位置对其影响较小.110tANS-OB钢包混合效果良好的底吹位置为r/R=0.30~0.59,其中r/R=0.59处较佳.
The influence of the bottom blowing location on miXing effect in 11O t ANS-OB ladle bath with a small hydraulic model is presented in this paper. The results show that the effect of bath mixing with eccentric bottom blowing is better than that with centric bottom blowing. The effect of the bottom blowing location on bath mixing is more significant at a middle or low flow rate. The optimal range of the bottom blowing location producing good overall effect is r/R=0.30~0.59, and the better bottom blowing location is at r/R=0.59.
