摘要
采用水力模型对宝钢 30 0tCAS -OB钢包底吹排渣能力和混匀时间进行研究。实验结果表明 ,底吹位置对排渣能力的影响不大 ,但对混匀时间有一定的影响。排渣能力与浸渍罩深度和底吹流量有一定的关系 ,30 0t钢包的排渣能力与底吹流量、渣层厚度的关系为 :Df =15 6 .15 - 2 .5 4h+15 3.7QReal ;混匀时间与底吹流量、底吹位置、浸渍罩深度有关 。
The deslagging ability and mixing time of 300?t bottom stirring CAS-OB ladle of Baoshan Steel is experimentally studied using a water model.Results show that the position of bottom stirring has little effect on the deslagging ability while it will influence the mixing time to certain extent.It is found that the deslagging ability depends upon the inserting depth of the soak pipe and flow of the bottom stirring to some extent.The relationship between the deslagging ability of the 300?t ladle and flow of bottom stirring and depth of the slag layer is formulized as D f =156.15-2.54?h+153.7 Q Real .The mixing time has bearings on the flow and position of the bottom stirring and the inserting depth of the soak pipe.The Ar-Blowing from the side of the bottom is much better than that from the center of the bottom.
