摘要
本试验用石炭酸品红染色,以涂抹压片法对新疆桃和新疆甜仁桃的茎源根系根尖细胞染色体核型进行了分析,结果表明:新疆桃作为种的代表品种,其染色体数目2n=2x=16,为二倍体种;染色体核型属于1B类型;染色体核型构成为;2n=2x=16=2Sm+10m+2M+2m(SAT)。
In this paper the karyotypes of P. ferganensis Kost et Rieb and Xin Jiang tian ren peach were analyzed by the smear method of the root tip origined from shoots and by the method of Carbolfuchsin staining. The results indicate that the number of chromosomes of P. ferganensis Kost et Rieb and Xin Jiang tian ren peach are 2n=2x=16 to belong to diploid. The koryotypes of them are of 1B type. The karyotype formulas are 2n=2x=16=2sm+10m+2m+2M (sAT)
