摘要
本文研究了滇楸(Catalpa duclonxii Dode)的染色体数目及核型。滇楸体细胞染色体数目为2n=40,20对均为中部着丝点染色体,其中第15对(No·15)染色体上具随体,其核型组成为 K(2n)=40=38m+2m^(sat)_(15)。它的染色体长度比(最长/最短)大于2,臀比均小于2,属 Stebbins 的"_1B"核型。
The karyotype and chromosome number of Catalpa duclouxii Dode,were analysed on meristematic cell of root tips.The result has shown that the chromosome number in each somatic cell is 2n=40,and all chromosomes have median centromeres.The 15th pair is SAT-chromosome.According to the classification made by Levan et al.,the karyotype formula is K(2n)=40= 38m+2m_(?)^(sat). According to the ratio of chromosome Iength(largest/smallest>2)and the proportion of chromosomes with arm ratio<2 in the complement,the karyotype of Catalpa duclouxii Dode is Stebbins' '1B'of symmetrical karyotype.
