摘要
为了弄清桃亚属中国分布植物的系统发育及演化关系,对这些种类的植物学性状以及核ITS序列和叶绿体psbA-trnH序列进行比对分析,植物学性状和ITS序列分析分别采用SPSS和MEGA构建系统树,psbA-trnH序列分析采用Network构建进化网络。结果表明:新疆桃确为普通桃的一个亚种;陕甘山桃不是山桃的变种,而是一个独立的种;桃亚属植物的演化关系为光核桃→甘肃桃,甘肃桃通过其中一支演化为山桃→陕甘山桃,另一支演化为普通桃和新疆桃。
To study the phylogeny and evolutionary path of subgenus Persica in China,the botanical characters,internal transcribed spacer(ITS)of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and psbA-trnH of the chloroplast DNA were used,and the three data were respectively analyzed by software SPSS 13.0,MEGA 3.0 and Network.Results indicated that A.ferganensis was a subspecies of A.persica,and suggested scientific name as A.persica ssp.ferganensis;A.potaninii was a independent species.The evolution sequences of subgenus Persica was:A.kansuensis evolved from the original species A.mira,then evolved through two route,one evolved to A.davidiana and then to A.potaninii,other evolved to A.persica and A.persica var.ferganensis.
