摘要
对梅山猪和长白猪进行了染色体核型分析发现,两品种猪的染色体相对长度差异不显著。通过常规识别和比较染色体G带,发现X染色体的臂比与第9号染色体的臂比差异显著,梅山猪与长白猪的C带有多态现象,梅山猪第14号染色体C带比长白猪相对要大,而且有同源染色体之间的多态性。在第16号染色体上有间质异染色质。比较发现两品种猪第10号染色体多数都被银染,而第8号染色体银染出现频率梅山猪高于长白猪,并发现长白猪第8、10号染色体均被银染的个别现象。
The arm ratioes were measured and karyotypes were analyzed for both Meisan and Landrace according to the karyotype system by reading con- ference (1976).There is no significant difference in the relative length of chromosomes between the two breeds. A set of diagramatic figures were made.The difference in arm ratio between chromosome 9-and X-chromosome was found significant at the 5% level .The multimorphisms in certain chro- mosome pairs in both Meisan and Landrace were found .The C-band of chro- mosome 14 of Meisan breed is larger than that of Landrace and there are multimorphisms between homologous chromosomes. Interstitial heterochro- matin was found on chromosome 16.In a silver-Giemsa combined testing, NOR were observed on chromosome 8 and 10.The NOR of chromosome 10 had silver deposits in most of the cells showing Ag-NOR on chromosome 8 in Meisan than those in Landrace.Few Ag-NOR were also found on both chromosome 8 and 10 in the same cell of Landrace.
