摘要
本文对我国栽培的八角染色体核型进行了分析。根据镜检,八角根尖细胞染色体数目为2n=28,由8对中部着丝点染色体,3对近中部着丝点染色体和3对端部着丝点染色体所组成。
The Karyotype of Illicium verum Hook,f, caltivated in China was ana- lysed in this paper, On the basis of examination,the chromosome number in its root cells has been found to be 2n=28, and the Karyotype formula is sum- marized as K(2n)=28=16M+6SM+6T.
