摘要
目的 观察磁处理酒对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 3组大鼠分别饮用含 10 %乙醇磁处理白酒 (磁酒组 )、10 %未经磁处理白酒 (白酒组 )、自来水 (对照组 ) 30d后 ,取全血测定血液流变学的各项指标。结果 磁酒组与对照组比较 ,能显著降低高切变率 (2 0 0s-1)、中切变率 (10 0s-1,30s-1)、低切变率 (3s-1)下的全血粘度和卡松粘度及全血还原粘度 ,差异有显著性或非常显著性 (分别为t=2 .6 118,2 .6 12 9,2 .6 6 5 4,2 .134 9和 2 .6 986 ,2 .5 818,2 .1897及 3.170 8;P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,白酒组上述指标虽亦低于对照组 ,但两组之间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。磁酒组的红细胞聚集指数 (8.34 44± 0 .82 87)和血液屈服应力 (1.372 2± 0 .0 86 0 )亦均显著低于对照组 (9.1378±0 .8910 )和 (1.46 0 0± 0 .0 86 5 ) (t =2 .0 6 19和 2 .2 76 9,均P <0 .0 5 ) ;而白酒组 (8.6 10 0± 0 .816 3)和 (1.4189± 0 .10 86 )与对照组差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。磁酒组红细胞电泳时间 (2 6 .4389±3.5 6 31)s显著短于对照组 (32 .15 44± 5 .935 3)s(t =2 .6 10 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;白酒组 (2 7.2 0 78±5 .2 16 1)s虽亦短于对照组 ,但两组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。磁酒组红细胞刚性指数 (TX)(1.0 0 5
Objective To observe the effect of magnetic field treated spirits on hemorrheology in rats.Methods 30 Wistar rats were divided into three groups :Group A rats were drunk with the spirits which was treated with magnetic field;Group B rats were only given the spirits without magntic field treatment orally;Group C drank the tap water alone as control group.30 days after experiment,the hemorrheology was determined.Results The various parameters of hemorrheology including whole blood viscosity( 200 s -1 , 100 s -1 ,30 s -1 ,3 s -1 ),Kussion viscosity,blood reduction viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation,blood bending stress and the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis in group A were significantly lower or shorter than those of group C(P<0.05～0.01).Although,the above parameters of group B were also lower than the group C,but there were no obvious differences(P>0.05),In addition,the erythrocyte TX and fibrinogen of group A were also lower than the group C,but there wasn't obvious difference.At the same time, the plasma viscosity,hematocrit,ESR and ESR equation K between the group A and group B had no difference,too.Conclusion The study suggests that the magnetic field treated spirits is superior to the simple spirits for improving the hemorrheology and blood circulation.
