摘要
目的：观察磁处理白酒对人体血脂、血糖的影响。方法：用酶法测定受试者饮用粮食白酒和磁处理白酒前后的血脂和血糖。结果：饮用磁处理白酒３０ 天后，可使血清甘油三脂和总胆固醇含量比饮用前显著降低，饮用粮食白酒虽可使甘油三脂和总胆固醇降低，但无统计学意义；饮用磁处理白酒和粮食白酒均可使血糖含量比饮用前显著降低，但对血清高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇含量均无明显影响。
Objective:To observe the effect of spirits treated with magnetic field(STMF)on the blood lipids and glucose in drinkers Methods:Blood lipids and glucose of subjects were determined by the method of enzyme before and after they drank ordinary spirits and the spirits treated with magnetic field Results :The subjects content of serum triglyceride and total cholesterol can be remarkably decreased 30 days after drinking the spirits treated with magnetic field Drinding ordinary spirits can also reduce the contents of serum triglyceride and total cholesterol, but without statistical significance Although drinking ordinary spirits and the spirits treated with magnetic field can both reduce the content of blood glucose ,they have no notable effect on the content of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol Conclusion :The effect of STMF on blood lipids is more remarkable than that of ordinary spirits
