摘要
目的 :研究了氧应激对体外大鼠心肌线粒体呼吸链复合物的损伤及益心康胶囊 (H 30 3)含药血清的保护作用。方法 :利用氧应激损伤体系 (Fe2 + /抗坏血酸 ,Fe2 + /Vc)在体外攻击线粒体模型 ,观察对呼吸链复合物 I- 活性的影响。结果 :大剂量损伤体系可使复合物 活性明显降低 ,对复合物 的影响具有剂量依赖性 ,随着 Fe2 + /Vc浓度的增加 ,复合物 活性呈进行性降低的趋势。 H30 3含药血清对四个复合物分别产生不同的影响。对复合物 I和 活性有明显的保护作用 ;大剂量对复合物 活性的增高有进一步增强作用 ,对复合物 活性的增高无明显影响。结论 :氧应激可致大鼠心肌线粒体呼吸链复合物损伤。H30
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of oxygen stress and the protective effect of Yi Xin Kang (H303) containing serum on rat myocardial mitochondria complex. METHOD:The effect of drug containing serum on the activities of respiratory chain complexes I~Ⅳ were studied in the model of mitochondria injury induced by oxygen stress (Fe 2+ /ascorbic acid, Fe 2+ /Vc). RESULTS:Large dose of Fe 2+ /Vc decreased the activity of complex Ⅱ. The activity of complex Ⅳ declined dose dependently with the increase of Fe 2+ /Vc concentration. H303 containing serum showed the protective effects on the activities of complexes I and Ⅳ and enhanced the increasing activity of complex Ⅱ, but had no obvious influencing effect on complex Ⅲ. CONCLUSION:Oxygen stress injury the activities of rat myocardial mitochondria respiratory chain complexes. H303 containing serum possesses the protective effect on the injury.
