山葡萄多酚对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌线粒体损伤的保护作用

Protective Effect of Polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr on Myocardium Mitochondrial Injury Induced by Ischemia/Reperfusion in Rats

摘要 目的观察山葡萄多酚(PVAR)对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌线粒体损伤的保护作用.方法结扎Wistar大鼠冠状动脉30min再灌注20min,测定心肌线粒体中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素C氧化酶(CCO)和SOD活性,膜磷脂及MDA含量.结果与模型组比较,PVAR(200,400mg/kg)组SDH,CCO,SOD活性明显升高(P〈0.05),膜磷脂含量增加(P〈0.05),MDA含量降低(P〈0.05).结论PVAR对缺血再灌注损伤的心肌线粒体功能具有保护作用. Objective To study protective effect of polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr(PVAR) on myocardium mitoehondrial injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Method Ischemia/reperfusion injury of Wistar rats were induced by coronary artery ligation for 30 rain and reperfusion for 20 rain. The activity of succinct dehydrogenase (SDH), eytochrome oxidase(CCO) and SOD in the myocardium mitoehondrial were measured. The contents of phospholipid (PL) and MDA in the myocardium mitochondrial were measured. Results Compared with model group, the activities of SDH, CCO and SOD in PVAR (200,400mg/kg) group significantly increased (P〈0.05 ), the contents of MDA reduced ( P〈0.05 ) and the contents of PL increased (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion PVAR has a protective effect on injury of myocardial mitochondria induced by isehemia/reperfusion in rats.
