摘要
目的 :研究益心康胶囊 (H30 3)和复方丹参片 (FD)对大鼠心肌线粒体损伤的保护作用。方法 :利用体外自由基产生体系造成线粒体氧应激损伤 ,观察两药含药血清对线粒体游离钙及摄钙能力的影响。结果 :2 5 2 .5mMFe2 + 抗坏血酸损伤心肌线粒体 30min后 ,可使线粒体游离钙及其摄钙能力发生不同的变化。线粒体摄钙能力明显降低 ,由正常血清对照组的 73 1%降至 30 8%。H30 3及FD( 50~ 80 0mg kg)含药血清组可使钙摄取能力有不同程度的增加。结论 :自由基损伤可引起大鼠心肌线粒体游离钙及摄钙能力改变 ,H30
Objective: We studied the protective effects of Yi Xin Kang capsule (H303) and Dan Shen tablet (DS) containing serum,two kinds of traditional Chinese prescription,on mitochondrial injury of myocardium in rat. Method:The effects of drugs containing serum on mitochondrial free calcium and the ability of Ca 2+ uptake were evaluated by mean of oxygen stress induced by free radical generating system (Fe 2+ /Ascorbic acid) in vitro. Result:The free Ca 2+ of mitochondria changed after mitochondria were injured by Fe 2+ /ascorbic acid(2.5/2.5mM) for 30min. The ability of Ca 2+ uptake decreased significantly,from 73.1% to 30.8%. The abilities of Ca 2+ uptake in the groups of H303 and DS containing serum(50~800 mg/kg) were highter than that in injured control group. Conclusion:Free radical may cause the changes of free Ca 2+ and ability of Ca 2+ uptake of myocardial mitochondria in rat,drugs containing serum possessed protective effects on mitochondrial injury.
