摘要
采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法研究黄芪多糖如黄芪注液液对人淋巴细胞、小鼠巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞直接活化作用。结果表明,黄芪多糖对上述3种细胞无毒性,但直接活化作用不明显;黄芪注射液对3种细胞直接活化作用显著。
The direct activations of polysaccharide and injection of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari on human lymphocyte, and macrophage and neutrophil of mice were studied by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium colorimetry It was found that the polysaccharide of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari showed no toxicity on three kinds of cells mentioned above, However, its direct activation was insignificant. On the contrary, the injection of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari possessed obvious direct activation.
