摘要
为探讨军队医院学术活动的管理 ,本文阐述了目前学术活动管理存在的问题 ,即 :认识片面缺乏自觉性、内容单调缺乏趣味性、管理不力缺乏必要措施 ;同时 ,提出了相应的对策 ,即 :建立和制订学术考评制度、改善和创造良好的学术环境、采取多样化的学术活动形式。
To inquire into the management of the science activity in the military hospital, it is expounded in this article that existing the problem in the science activity management now, that is: understanding should be unilateral and short of consciousness, the content should be humdrum and short of the interest property, the management should not be one's best and short of the necessary measure. At the same time, the corresponding measure should be put forward, that is: the science and evaluating system should be established and formulated, the favorable science environment should be improved and created, the form of the diversified science activity should be adopted, the measure of improving the science activity should be established and formulated.
