对医院继续医学教育学术活动的组织管理工作进行探讨 ,说明为建立一支社会需求的和高质量的卫生专业技术队伍 ,必须重视、加强继续医学教育的管理 ,与此同时 。
According to the preliminary exploration of management in academic activities of continuous medical education, this thesis shows the importance to reinforce the management of CME in order to establish a professional medical team, the members on which are qualified, to meet social need. Meanwhile, it is also notable to amplify and improve the managerial system.
