摘要
由于我国护理科研起步晚、研究人员不足、研究意识淡薄、研究成果缺乏学术权威性、经费不足、管理体制不够完善等问题,制约了护理学科的发展。借鉴国外护理科研管理的先进经验,总结我国护理科研管理现状的优缺点,为未来护理科研管理提供参考和依据。
Because of starting late of nursing scientific research in China, the lack of research staff, weakness of research consciousness, the lack of authority of research achievement and funds, inadequate management systems and so on, the development of nursing has been restricted. We should take advanced experiences of foreign nursing scientific research management as mirror and summarize merit and demerit of the status quo of nursing scientific research management in China, so as to provide some references and bases for nursing scientific research management in the future.
