摘要
医学科技成果转化存在着科研与临床相脱离 ,成果与实际需要脱节 ;对科技成果的临床意义、经济效益和创新价值 ,缺乏科学的评估 ;缺乏前瞻性的课题转化预测 ;科技成果转化没有配套的科技政策支持等问题。医院应围绕临床搞科研 ;重新认识评奖的意义 ,制订新的科技成果评估办法 ;重新调整课题资助原则 ,把有无转化的可能作为主题的主要条件 ,制定我军和国家的科技政策相配套的科技政策。
In the conversion of fruits of science and technology, there existed separations of scientific research and clinical practice, research fruits and practical needs. There was not sufficient scientific assessment of clinical significance, economic benefits and innovative values of the fruits and neither was there adequate prediction of fruit conversion. And there were not corresponding policies to support the fruit conversion, and other problems. Hospitals should be engaged in scientific research centering round clinical practice, re find the significance of prize appraising, work out new ways of assessing fruits of science and technology, re modify the principles of subsidizing projects, taking the possibility or the impossibility of conversion as the main premise for projects and formulating policies of the army which should be linked up with those of the state in the field of science and technology.
