摘要
本文阐述了军队中小医院科研工作发展有赖于领导重视 ,实施“科技兴院”战略 ;加强人才培养 ,不断壮大科研队伍 ;增加科技术投入 ,优化科研支撑条件 ;建立激励机制 ,促进科研工作发展 ;重视科研管理 ,提高管理效能等措施。
This article elaborates upon the necessity for leadership to attach importance to the development of scientific research work in the small and medium army hospitals, exercising the strategy of “science and technology booming hospital”, enhancing personnel training, continually expanding the contingent of scientific researchers, increasing the investment in science and technology, optimizing the supportive conditions for scientific research, establishing the encouraging system, so as to promote the development of scientific research work and stressing the measures for administration of scientific research and improvement of administration efficiency and so on.
