摘要
目的 制订消脂平片的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对本品中的君药进行定性鉴别 ,采用单波长线性薄层扫描法 ,对片中黄芪甲甙的含量进行定量研究。结果 消脂平片中黄芪甲甙含量为 0 .0 342mg/片 ,RSD为 2 .2 0 %。结论 方法稳定可靠 。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control criteria for Xiaozhiping Tablet. METHOD TLC method was employed to determine and differentiate the main drug of this tablet, and single wave and long linear TLC scanning method was used to perform quantitative determination of astragalin in the tablet. RESULT Each tablet of Xiaozhiping Tablet contained 0.034 2 mg of astragalin with RSD of 2.20%. CONCLUSION This method of determination is stable and reliable and therefore can be used as the basis of quality control of Xiaoshiping Tablet.
