摘要
目的:建立四君子片的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别其中人参、白术、甘草;采用单波长薄层扫描法 测定其中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。 结果:人参、白术、甘草的薄层色谱鉴别方法有良好的重现性、专属性;人 参皂苷Rg1在1~5 μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为98.7% (RSD=1.71%)。 结论:本方法可以保证四君子片的质量。
:OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method for Sijunzi tablets. METHODS Radix ginseng, Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae and Radix glycyrrh izae in the tablets were identified by the TLC. The content of Panaxoside R g1 was determined by TLC scanning. RESULTS The TLC method for the indentification of Radix ginseng, Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae and Radix glycyrrhiz ae was reliable and exclusive. The calibration curve for Panaxoside Rg1 was linea r in the range of 1~5 μg(r=0.9992). The average recovery of Panaxoside Rg1 was 98.7%(RSD=1.71). CONCLUSIONS The method can be applied to the quality control of Sijunzi tablets.
