摘要
用单波长薄层扫描法对舒欣宁口服液中有效成分大黄素进行含量测定 ,测定波长 4 4 3nm ,测得平均回收率为 97 74 % ,RSD =0 86 % (n =5 )。
A method for determination of Emodin in Tibetan medicine Shu-xin-ning oral liquid by TLCS has been established, the separated spot was scanned by CS-920 at λ=443nm, the average recovery was 97.74%, RSD was 0.86%(n=5). This method is reliable and easy. (Original article on page 113)
