摘要
建立了测定黄芪甲甙的ＨＰＬＣ法，采用Ｃ１８柱，流动相为乙腈水（１∶２．３），检测波长为２０３ｎｍ。用此法对黄芪６种炮制品中黄芪甲甙的含量进行了对比研究。
The paper presents a study on the drugprocessing of the root of Astragalus membranaceus.A HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in its processed products has been established.The recovery is 96.1%and the RSD is 2.15%.
