摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了益母口服液中水苏碱的含量，用岛津ＣＳ－９３０型扫描仪于λ＿ｓ＝５１０ｎｍ，λ＿Ｒ＝７００ｎｍ波长处扫描，随行外标两点法计算含量。线性范围为１～１０μｇ，回归方程Ａ＝２９７．６０Ｃ－４９１．８０，ｒ＝０．９９９５。回收率为９６．６１％，ＲＳＤ＝２．６５％（ｎ＝５）。
This paper reported a method of quantitative analysis for stachydrine content in Yimu Oral Liquid by TLC-densitometry. The plate was scanned at λs=510nm,λR=700nm in ZIG-ZAG scan mode with a SHIMADZU CS-930 TLC scanner and the amounts of stachydrine were directly calculated. The standard curve showed a lineality within the range of 1-10μg, and the recovery of amount was found to be 96.61%,RSD=2.65%. This method was used in the quantitative analysis of stachydrine content in oral liquid, and the results were satisfactory.
