摘要
分析研究试验了氮对渗硼层深度、显微硬度、相结构的影响。结果表明 ,当氮的加入量为 1 5wt %时 ,氮的渗入对后续渗硼过程有阻碍作用 ,而当添加量为 5wt %时 ,氮对渗硼有催渗作用 ;另外 ,氮的渗入有利于强化过渡区 ,从而使硬度梯度变缓 ,有利于得到单一的Fe2
The influences of nitrogen on depth,microhardness and phase structure of borontriding layers are investigated in this paper.The results show that when adding 1.5% nitrogen in borontriding paste,nitrogen hinders boronitriding,but when adding 5%,nitrogen energizes boronitriding nitrogen can strengthen transition zone,thus the microhardness gradient becomes gentle.Moreover,nitrogen can prevent FeB from emerging.
