摘要
分析了在以尿素为供氮剂的粉末法硼氮共渗和碳氮共渗工艺中,低温阶段形成的渗氮层加热到高温阶段的分解和氮原子的双向(向虽和向外)扩散过程,肯定了氮原子在高温阶段对硼和碳原子继续渗入所起的有益作用。
It is analysed that the nitriding case formed at low temperature in powder boronitriding and carbonitriding used urea as nitrogen source decomposes during heating at high temperature and the N atoms diffuse along two direction(into and out of the matrix). The good effect of N atoms on following boronizing and carburizing at high temperature is affirmed.
