摘要
本文研究了粉末硼稀土共渗。在渗剂中加入稀土元素后可使渗硼速度提高30%以上,稀土的加入量有一最佳值。渗层中的含镧量为0.5~0.7%(wt)。含铈量为0.1~0.3%(wt)。加入稀土后改善了渗层组织,与单一渗硼层相比,硼稀土共渗后渗层的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性均有明显的提高,尤其是渗层的韧性显著地增大,脆断前吸收的功增大了一倍。
The powdered cementation method for RE-boronizing process and the properties of the surface layer were studied. Due to the addition of RE into the agent, the diffusing rate is increased above 30%. The amount of RE in the agent has an optimum value. In the diffusion layer, the content of Lanthanum (La) is 0.5-0.7% and Cerium(Ce) is 0.1-0.3% (wt). The addition of RE improved the structure of boronizing layer. Comparing with or without RE addition, the hardness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion nature of the RE-boronizing layer are much increased. Particularly, the toughness increases remarkably, thus it has twice the absorbed energy before brittle fracture.
