摘要
1 前言硼氮共渗作为一项新工艺于1983年提出以来,并已在工业生产中得到推广应用。稀土对硼氮共渗工艺的影响则尚未见报道,本文的主旨是探讨稀土对硼氮共渗的催渗作用及其对渗层组织与性能的影响。2 试验方法试验材料为 Q235(A3)、45钢,渗剂为固体硼氮共渗剂加稀土化合物,以 KBF_4作催渗剂。试验设备为 MM200型磨损试验机,PHI595SAM 扫描俄歇探针分析仪。3 试验结果与分析3.1 稀土元素对硼氮共渗层的影响为了验证稀土的催渗作用,在处理温度及保温时间相同的条件下,加稀土催渗处理的试样(RE 样)
It was indicated by metallography that the diffusion layer was
thicker when rare earths(RE)was added.The fatigue wear volume was decre-
ased with high load.With Auger electron specturum(AES),surface(0--30nm)
analysis denoted that nitrogen in diffusion layer of RE added boronitriding
specimen(RE)was increased and potassium was appeared.On the ion-cleaning
surface(sputter 25nm)of RE,there was potassium rich in a microregion where
K was over 40 at%.The reason of K presence and its effect were discussed.
