摘要
详细介绍了固体硼氮共渗的渗剂、工艺参数、渗后的组织与性能、硼氮共渗的机理及其在模具上的应用。通过固体硼氮共渗使模具表面获得了可靠稳定的硼氮渗层,渗层由硼化物层和过渡层组成,具有高的硬度、耐磨性、良好的耐蚀性。硼氮共渗技术应用在模具上可使模具的寿命大幅度提高。
The boriding-nitriding medium,the process parameter,the fine texture and performance after boriding-nitriding, the mechanism of boriding-nitriding and its application in die & mould were introduced. Reliable and stable boron-nitrogen infiltration coat on the surface was obtained through the treatment, The infiltration coat is composed of boron compound(Fe2B,FeB)layer and transition layer and has high hardness, wearability and corrosion stability. Application of boriding-nitriding technology should enhance the service life of die & mould.
