摘要
知识经济时代 ,现代企业培训已成为提高人才素质、促进企业发展的必然选择 ,但目前企业培训的概念、制度、内容及方法中存在的问题 ,严重阻碍了培训的发展。为了提高培训的效果 ,应该更新培训观念 ,建立培训制度体系 ,科学确定培训需求、选择培训内容 ,采用传统培训模式与现代培训模式相结合的方式 ,并充分利用现代化的培训手段 ,以更好地完成培训任务 ,促进组织目标的实现。
In the age of knowledge economy,modern enterprise training has been playing more and more important part in strengthening manpowers and accelarating the development of enterprises.To be effective,the training programs must be conducted on such basis as refreshed notion,well-established systems,identified demands,selected contents.Further,in order to fulfill the training tasks and speed up the realization of the enterprise objectives,modern means should be introduced by combining the traditional modes into modern measures.
