摘要
本文首先阐述了企业学习型组织的内涵,然后简要介绍了美国企业学习型组织职业发展与教育活动的概况及发展趋势,并概括了其在保障企业教育与培训的质量和效率方面的具体步骤和做法,最后还就如何推动我国企业的教育与培训提出了建议。
The meaning of corporate learning organizations is expounded, and the sketch and trend of professional development and education organized by US corporate learning organizations are briefly introduced. Then, the measures and the characteristics of the operation practices done by these organizations to ensure quality and productivity in these activities are analyzed and summarized. At last, the inspiration to China is stated.
