摘要
根据企业培训的发展历程对9种培训模式的核心思想及其优缺点进行了简要的阐述和分析。有助于实践专家和理论研究者了解培训的作用及其理论基础,并进一步发展企业培训理论。
This paper reviewed nine training models since their history,analyzing the condition of the models used.The purpose of the paper makes the training exprerts understand the theory of models used in different conditions,so that some new training theory was developed.
