摘要
员工素质是企业核心竞争力的主要因素之一 ,培训是提高员工素质的重要途径。由于企业培训经费短缺 ,培训投入风险增大 ,使之我国企业在职工培训的决策中犹豫不决 ,困难重重。在对此现状和问题分析的基础上 ,利用职工股权和股票期权理论对职工培训的激励机制进行了原则性设计 ,使企业在员工培训决策中的矛盾得以调和和解决。
Staff quality is one of the main factors of core competition force of the enterprise, and training is an important method to enhance staff quality. Because of the shortage of training outlay and the increasing venture of training investment, enterprises of our nation hesitate to pass a conclusion about staff training. On the base of analyzing the actuality and problems, this paper designs the principle for the cheer mechanism of staff training, using Stock Option Theory, and attempts and solves the conflicts during the decision of staff training.
