摘要
目的建立小儿健脾肠泰口服液质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对白术、泽泻、葛根、茯苓进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对葛根素进行含量测定。结果采用TLC检出白术、泽泻、葛根、茯苓特征性斑点。以甲醇-pH3.0(HAc调)水(25∶5)为流动相,以250nm为检测波长,流速为1mL/min进行检测,葛根素在0.602μg～4.816μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.29%,RSD为0.41%。结论所建立的方法可行,重复性好,能有效地控制小儿健脾肠泰口服液的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of children jianpi changtai oral liquid.Methods Thin Layer Chromatography（TLC）was used to qualitative identity of atractylodes macrocephaia,alismaorientalis,puerarin and poria cocos,and content of puerarin in children jianpi changtai oral liquid was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC）.Results The particular spots of atractylodes macrocephaia,alismaorientalis and puerarin were detected by TLC.The mixing of methanol and water（adjust the pH to 3.0 with acetic acid）were in the proportion of 25∶5 as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 250nm,the flow rate was 1ml/min.Puerarin was in good linear relationship within the range of 0.602 μg^4.816 μg,r=0.9999,mean recovery rate was 100.29%,RSD was 0.41%.Conclusions The established approach is simple solid and effective with good repeatability,it is especially suitable for the determination of puerarin in children jianpi changtai oral liquid.
