摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定扶欣胶囊中人参二醇含量。人参二醇浓度在112～560μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=09991,回收率为968%,RSD=279%(n=6)。
ATLCmethodisdescribedforthedeterminationofpanaxdiolinfuxincapsule.For panaxdiolthelinearrangewas 1 1 2～ 5 60 μgwithr=0 9991 ,theaveragerecoverywas 96.8% withRSD =2 .97% .Themethodwasprovedtobesimple,precisesensitiveandreproduciable .It canbeusedforthequalitycontroloffuxincapsule .
