摘要
提高城镇土地利用的经济效益是小城镇建设的一项重要任务 .小城镇土地利用的经济评价 ,直接反映小城镇土地利用的经济效益 .文章构建了一套小城镇土地利用经济评价的指标体系 ,采用多因素综合评价的方法 ,分析了重庆市北碚区小城镇土地利用经济效益的空间分异特征及成因 ,从而对小城镇土地利用经济评价的方法进行了有益的探索 .
Its an important task to improve the economic benefit of land use. The economic evaluation of land use in towns reflects directly the economic benefit of land use in town.This article constructs a set of index system of economic evaluation of land use in towns,and uses the method of multi-factored compositeevaluation to analyse the characteristic of space distribution of economic benefit of land use in towns of Beibei,Chongqing. It is a beneficial exploration for methods of economic evaluation of land use in towns.
