摘要
运用主成分分析法和空间聚类方法对重庆市的城市土地集约利用情况进行了测度和评价,将重庆土地集约利用水平分为4级。总结出重庆市土地利用集约度空间分异特点为中心向外围递减的圈层式空间分异结构。最后分析了重庆城市空间发展存在的问题,并提出了相关优化策略,以便更好地提高城市土地利用集约度,探寻更优的城市空间架构。
Using principal component analysis and spatial clustering method,the spatial variance of intensive urban land use in Chongqing was estimated and evaluated.The intensive land use in Chongqing was divided into four levels.The features of land use intensity in Chongqing reduced progressively from center to periphery.Finally,the problems of urban spatial development in Chongqing were analyzed,and the relevant optimization strategies were provided in order to improve the urban land use efficiency and explore the better structure of urban space.
