小城镇土地利用存在的问题及对策

摘要 发展小城镇对于带动农村经济和社会发展,对于转移农村剩余劳动力,拉动消费需求增长,拓宽城乡市场,优化经济结构,解决农村发展中的一系列深层次矛盾,具有十分重要的意义.
