摘要
依照土地资源评价种类的不同,对土地生产潜力评价、土地适宜性评价、土地经济评价和土地可持续利用评价的研究新进展分别进行综合叙述。并对国内土地评价中存在的问题进行了总结,同时对其发展进行了展望。
According to the different kinds of land resource evaluation, new research progresses about land suitability evaluation,land evaluation for productive potentiality,land economic evaluation and land evaluation for sustainable land use are summarily presented in the paper. And it also summarizes problems that exist in the Chinese land evaluation. Finally, it presents the developing prospect of land evaluation.
