摘要
采用共混方法改善PP的高低温缺口抗冲击性能是最简便和经济的方法,但是PP与HDPE结晶相和无定形相的相互影响增加了PP/HDPE共混物形态结构及增韧机制研究工作的难度。本文从偏光显微镜的角度分析了PP与不同分子量的PE共混后的结晶形态。认为PP与HDPE共混物两组分是分别结晶的,两种组分结晶时相互干扰;PP/HDPE共混物的结晶形态受配比、HDPE分子量和结晶条件的影响;HDPE含量和分子量的增加有助于HDPE对PP晶体的插入和分割作用。
It is the easist and most economical strategy to improve high and low temocrature notched im- pact strength of PP by blending modification. But the mutual effect of crystal phase and amorphous phase of PP and HDPE adds to study dioiculties of PP and HDPE blend Morphological structure and toughening mechanism. This paper analyzes the crystal morphology of blend of PP and PE with various molecular weights in the light of polarization microscope, then comes to the conclusion that the two components of PP and HDPE blend are separately crystallized and interfere with eath other in crystallization. The crystal morphology of PP and HDPE blend will be affected by the blending ratio, the molecular weight of HDPE and crystallization condition. The increment of HDPE content and molecular weight tends to cause the separation and insertion action of HDPE to PP crystal.
