摘要
立足于虚拟造型技术,利用CAE软件探讨了轿车骨架注塑模具结构虚拟设计的可行性。结果表明,通过虚拟设计制作的(乙烯/丙烯/二烯)共聚物改性聚丙烯轿车骨架用注塑模具结构设计合理,各部分动作顺畅,特别是浇注系统和冷却系统得到优化,能有效提高生产效率,缩短开发周期,降低生产成本。
The feasibility of virtual design of injection mold for automotive framework is discussd by using CAE software based on virtual modeling technology. The results show that the structure of injection mold made by virtual technology for PP/EPDM frame- work is reasonable. Each part of the mold works smoothly, especially the runner system and cooling system are optimized, as a result the production efficiency is improved, the development period is shortened and the production cost is decreased.
