摘要
目的 :探讨中医药对急性胆道感染大鼠血浆细胞因子的影响。方法 :SD大鼠制成急性胆道感染模型 ,分成A组 (模型组 )、B组(中药治疗组 )、C组 (抗生素治疗组 )、D组 (胆总管结扎组 )、E组 (假手术组 )。分别于手术第 3d和手术第 5d取血 ,做IL -6、IL -8的检测。结果 :第 3d时A组的IL -6、IL -8明显高于其它各组 ,B、C两组处于A、E两组之间。第 5d时IL -6、IL-8的总体趋势与第三天相同。结论 :中医药在急性胆道感染时对IL -6、IL
Objective:This study is used to investigate the regular function of cell factory when the blie duct are acute infection using Chinese herb to cure.Methods: SD rats were made as the model of acute bile duct infection.They are divided into A group(model group),B group(herb therapy group),C group(anti-biotics therapy group),D group(The group with ligation of common bile duct),E group(disguise operation),The blood was taken out to be tested for measuring IL-6,IL-8 Level post oprtatively the 3rd day and 5th day.Results:The IL-6 IL-8 of A group is more than other groups at 3rd day,but the IL-6,IL-8 of E group is the lowest in 5 guoup.B,C groups are between from A,E groups.5th day postoperation were as the same results as the 3rd day post operation was obtained.Conclusions: Chinese herb has the regular function for IL-6,IL-8 on the acute bile duct infection.
