摘要
本实验用同种异体大鼠胰组织匀浆腹腔内注射的方法，制备胰源性肺损伤的大鼠模型，并在此基础上，予泻下通腑中药治疗，观察比较７２小时后模型组与治疗组的动物肺脏病理变化。结果表明：模型组与治疗组之间差别显著，治疗组的肺脏病理改变明显减轻，（Ｐ＜０．０５）且死亡率有所下降，但死亡率与模型组比较（Ｐ＞０．０５）．中药泻下通腑治疗，不仅改善肠道功能。
Rat pancreatitis with lung injury model was induced by injecting of homogenate of pancreatic tissue from homologous donor rat,The animals were divided into model group(without treatment)and treatment group (traditional medicine with effect of purgating and cleaning the abdominal organs)in random fashion.72 hours later pathological changes,especially in injury,were examined and compared them between the two groups.The results showed the lung injuries in treatment group were decreased obviously( P< 0.05 )compared with the control and the motility had a trend of declining( P> 0.05).It was proved that the medicine could not only improve intestinal function but also prevent the lung damage.
