摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度的人参二醇组皂甙对培养的人肾小管细胞增殖的影响。方法 :用含有 7种不同浓度的人参二醇组皂甙 (0ug .ml-1、5ug.ml-1、10ug .ml-1、2 5ug .ml-1、5 0ug .ml-1、75ug.ml-1、10 0ug.ml-1)的培养基 ,在96孔培养板中培养人肾小管细胞 96小时后 ,以MTT法判定细胞的增殖情况。结果 :与对照组比较 ,在 5~2 5ug .ml-1浓度范围内 ,人参二醇组皂甙可明显地促进肾小管细胞增殖 ;在 5 0ug .ml-1时 ,其作用不明显 ;在 75~10 0ug .ml-1时 ,则抑制其生长。结论 :适量的人参二醇组皂甙能促进肾小管细胞的增殖 ,浓度过高则对其生长产生抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of Panaxadiol Saponins(PDS) on the proliferation of cultured renal tubular cell. Methods: Human renal tubular cells were cultured in the culture medium containing different PDS concentrations (0μg.ml -1 ,5μg.ml -1 ,10μg.ml -1 ,25μg.ml -1 ,50μg.ml -1 ,75μg.ml -1 ,100μg.ml -1 ). The proliferation of tubular cell was measured with method of MTT. Results: Compared with the control group, the proliferation of renal tubular cell was significantly stimulated by PDS in the concentration range of 5~25μg.ml -1 . However, PDS of 75μg.ml -1 or higher inhibited the proliferation. Conclusion: PDS could accelerate the proliferation of renal tubular cell when its concentration was appropriate.
