摘要
目的 :研究参麦注射液对兔缺血再灌流 (IR)性肾损伤的预防作用。方法 :左肾切除、右侧肾蒂夹闭 1h后再灌流 3h造成肾缺血再灌流损伤模型。结果 :SM +IR组在缺血再灌流 2h时血清和再灌流 3h时的肾中丙二醛含量显著低于单纯IR组 (P <0 .0 5下同 ) ,超氧化物歧化酶活力显著高于IR组 ,但与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ,下同 )。SM +IR组在再灌注 3h时肾中Na+含量显著低于单纯IR组 ;Ca2 +含量较IR组低 ,但差异无显著性。电镜观察 ,单纯IR组肾脏呈严重坏死改变 ,SM组仅有轻度变性。结论 :参麦注射液对兔IR性肾损伤有预防作用。
Objective: The preventive effect of Shenmai injection on the kidney from ischemic reperfusion was studied. Methods: The model of rabbit renal ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by 3h reperfusion after occlusion of the right renal pedicle for 1h was used in the study. Results: At the time of 2h reperfusion after 1h renal ischemia, the contents of MDA in serum in the ischemia-reperfusion group (IR group) were found much higher (P<0.05) than those in the Shenmai preventive group (SM group), and the activity of serum SOD was much lower (P<0.05) than that in SM group; At the time of 3h reperfusion after 1h renal ischemia, compared with SM group, the contents of MDA and sodium concentration in the renal tissue in IR group increased considerably(P<0.05), but the activity of SOD in the renal tissue in the IR group was lower(P<0.05) than that in SM group. In electron microscope, the serious degeneration and necrosis of renal tissue were both observed in IR group, but only slight degeneration in SM group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection is effective in preventing the kidney from ischemia reperfusion injury.
