摘要
目的观察舒脑胶囊治疗脑水肿的临床效果。方法42例伴有脑水肿的幕上胶质瘤、脑膜瘤术前患者,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服卡马西平和维生素B6,治疗组在对照组药物治疗的基础上加服舒脑胶囊,服药平均时间为4.5d,观察服药期间临床症状及尿量变化。结果治疗组与对照组缓解头痛或头晕有效率分别为85.00%、27.27%(P<0.01),24h平均尿量分别为(1615.00±125.00)、(1415.91±117.93)ml(P<0.05)。结论舒脑胶囊可用于脑水肿的辅助治疗。
