摘要
研究了在酸性条件下 ,亚硝酸盐氮与番红 T体系的分光光度测定 ,提出了一种测定亚硝酸盐氮的新方法。在 0 .1 6mol·L-1的硫酸介质中 ,体系的最大吸收波长为 52 0 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 9.5× 1 0 4 L· mol-1· cm-1,含量在 0~ 0 .32 g· L-1范围内遵守比耳定律。方法用于环境水样中微量亚硝酸盐氮的测定 。
A new method based on the spectrophotometric system of nitrite N and safranin\|T has been developed for the determination of nitrite in this paper. In the presence of H 2SO 4(0.16 mol·L -1 ), the maximum absorption wavelength is 520 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 9.5×10 4 L·mol -1 · cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.32 g·L -1 . This method has been applied to the determination of micro amount of nitrite in environmental water and the obtained results are in agreement with that of the N (1 naphthyl) euhylenediaminedily drochloride photometric method.
