摘要
目的 :研究测定蔬菜中亚硝酸盐的新方法。方法 :采用示波极谱法测定亚硝酸盐。结果 :本法的检出限为 0 .0 12μg/ ml,线性范围为 0 .0 5μg/ ml～ 1.50μg/ ml,变异系数为 2 .1%～ 4 .0 % ,样品加标回收率为 95.0 %～ 10 7.0 % ,本法与标准方法测定结果比较 ,差异没有显著性。结论 :本法测定蔬菜中亚硝酸盐 ,灵敏度高 ,操作简便 ,分析快速 ,试剂无毒且用量少 ,精密度和准确度均较高。
Objective:To study a method of determining nitrite in greenstuff.Method:Nitrite was determined by oscillopolarography.Results:The limit of the determination was 0.012ug/ml,the linear range was 0.05μg/ml to 1.50μg/ml,the coefficient of variation was 2.1% to 4.0%,and the added rate of recovery of sample was 95.0% to 107 0%.There was no significant difference between the results by this method and standard method.Conclusion:This method is of advantage over the conventional ones.They are high sensitivity,easy to be operated,rapid,innocuous and little amount of regents.
