摘要
利用自动控制发酵设备 ,首先进行分批发酵实验摸索恶臭假单胞菌PseudomonasJS 0 1的生长与代谢的基本规律 ,然后采用补料分批发酵的方法限制生长基质的浓度 ,测定了一系列 (Ci,μi) ,(μj,qij)数据 ,获得了Kc、μmax、α、β等参数的值 ,并且推导出了细胞生长与产物合成的动力学公式 ,从而证明了用Monod方程描述恶臭假单胞菌PseudomonasJS 0 1生长速率与基质浓度关系的合理性 。
The basic law of growth and metabolism of Pseudomonas JS 01 was studied with autocontrol batch fermentation equipment. Then enough data of (C, μ ) and ( μ , q p)were obtained by controlling the concentration of the growth limiting substrate with the fed batch culture.The parameters such as K c , μ max , α and β were acquired and the kinetic formula on cell growth rate and product synthesis rate were infered.Thereby,the Monod formula was proved to be rational to discribe the relationship between the cell growth rate of Pseudomonas JS 01 and the concentration of the growth limiting substrate in the broth,and the data showed the fermentation type is one partially related growth.
